Scibbers in Colwyn bay is the most positive and rewarding experience of my
life. From the moment I entered the dojo I was made to feel welcome and
valued. Now 3 years on I am a whole new person. I have gained life skills
both mentally and physically and the rewards I have gained have helped in so
many ways in so many avenues of my life.

What ever your age, size, background or reason for wanting to join, you will
not regret your decision, the only decision you may regret is not doing it
